Gender Equality Network participated in the 16 Days of Activism event organized by the Department of Social Welfare, Yangon and the Myanmar National Committee on Women on 25th November. Minister of Social Affairs, U Naing Ngan Lin and the government officials from the police department, department of education, department of nursing attended and there were over 500 participants.
